Request deletion of your Ntfyx data

Ntfyx is operated by Hunan Bage Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (湖南巴格智能科技有限公司). To request deletion, email x@bagex.online with the subject Ntfyx deletion request. Tell us whether the request concerns an Inbox, purchase-related records or support correspondence. If known, include the opaque Inbox ID and whether it uses production or staging.

You can submit a request without an installed app; this link opens your email client and does not claim deletion has already happened.

• Email a deletion request

A request does not by itself authorize deletion of someone else’s Inbox. Support must establish authority using a valid signed ownership proof or other appropriate verifiable evidence for the requested records. We explain the applicable verification step in the reply. Never send private keys, a recovery file/code pair, pairing secrets, notification contents or raw purchase tokens.

A receipt does not give support access to encryption keys. If you have lost all identity material, explain that fact; support cannot recover your old keys or promise Inbox control from an unverified ID.

In a compatible primary phone build, open Settings, Data, Delete Inbox and confirm after device authentication. This stops connections and removes the Inbox’s service data across its authorized devices. Clearing ordinary history or hiding one local message has a smaller scope and does not delete the Inbox.

Remove delivered local copies and any recovery exports from your other devices separately.

Inbox deletion removes active encrypted message storage and stops its connections. Delivered endpoint copies and user-held exports cannot be remotely erased. Minimal deletion, revocation and entitlement-generation records remain while the service operates to prevent old credentials or restored databases reviving access.

Purchase identifiers and entitlement history currently have no automatic expiry because they support purchase restoration and refund reconciliation; request a review of those records separately. Hosting recovery copies may retain deleted records for up to thirty days. Support correspondence is deleted within ninety days after closure unless a continuing dispute or legal obligation requires retention.

Deleting an Inbox does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage an existing subscription at the store that sold it, including after phone migration. A lifetime purchase does not cancel monthly renewal automatically. No new subscription is required to submit a deletion request.
