What is Ntfyx?
#Ntfyx is a phone inbox for your AI agents and scripts, on iPhone and Android. Claude Code, Codex, scripts and server jobs send updates to your phone. When they need a decision, confirm, choose or type a reply under the original question, and the work on your computer continues. Agent and CLI messages are end-to-end encrypted.
The app also offers HTTP notifications through HTTPS links, optional call-style message reminders, hourly service monitors and notification subscriptions. You can choose a free notification subscription in the app, without a computer.
Official apps and downloads
#The official website is ntfyx.me. Public release versions, verified 2026-10-26: iPhone 1.6.4, Android 1.6.4 and companion CLI 0.5.0 for Windows, macOS and Linux. Chrome extension 0.2.4 has a public Chrome Web Store listing, checked 2026-10-26. Your phone authorizes the optional Chrome or Web Inbox receiver.
Check the download page for feature minimums and updated availability.
App Store regions: checked 19 October 2026
#The iPhone app is configured for 174 App Store territories, including all 27 European Union countries. The United States and Germany Ntfyx store pages were actually opened and visible on 19 October 2026. Mainland China is not included: the app has not completed the required mainland app filing and is not offered there.
Availability depends on your storefront and may change.
Who operates Ntfyx?
#Ntfyx is operated by 湖南巴格智能科技有限公司 (Hunan Bage Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.). The same operator is named in the privacy notice and phone-store developer information. Use the official links on this page to identify the product and its support channels.
Where encryption begins
#Ordinary CLI and agent message titles, bodies, options and replies are end-to-end encrypted on your devices. The explicit fixed monitor-access and webhook-management questions and their signed phone answers are disclosed to the service for verification. HTTPS push and webhook requests are readable by the service before encrypted delivery.
Optional provider verification secrets are encrypted and stored by the service, then used in plaintext to verify the raw webhook body; they are hosted secrets, not hidden from the service. My Monitor reads the monitored address, rule and response; a public publisher knows the content it publishes. The relay routes ciphertext and processes operational metadata such as identifiers, time, size and push tokens.
Do not put secrets in monitored URLs or request examples. Independent security review is not complete.
Public code and the product name
#The Ntfyx agent adapters and runnable examples are published in the two repositories below under MIT. That license covers those repositories; the app, companion CLI and hosted service have separate licenses and terms. Ntfyx does not provide a supported self-hosted core release. Ntfyx at ntfyx.me and ntfy at ntfy.sh are different products; follow the documentation for the product you install.
Official CLI package and MCP Registry
#Public registry APIs checked on 2026-10-24: npm package ntfyx 0.4.1 is published, and MCP Registry entry me.ntfyx/ntfyx 0.4.1 is active and latest. MCP runs locally over stdio and requires pairing approved by the Ntfyx phone app. Registry inclusion is separate from a recommendation or listing in an AI product’s built-in store.
