Service scope, authorization, limits, purchases, and responsibilities.
Pre-release status
Effective 29 September 2026. These terms cover ntfyx, operated by 湖南巴格智能科技有限公司 (Hunan Bage Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.). Contact x@bagex.online about the service, complaints, or these terms. iPhone distribution and purchases are available only where Apple lists the approved app and products. Mandatory consumer rights in your location remain applicable.
The service
ntfyx carries encrypted notifications and replies between sources and devices that you authorize. It is not an emergency-alert system or a guarantee that a third-party action will execute. Network conditions, device settings, deadlines, and platform services affect delivery. A saved reply is different from a verified execution result.
Limits and availability
The published pricing page defines active Topic, message, request, device, byte-size, rate, and retention limits. Free and Plus retain the same fundamental security model. Lifetime means access to the purchased plan for the supported service’s lifecycle, subject to published fair-use limits; it does not promise unlimited resources or perpetual hosting regardless of service operation. Material changes and any service wind-down require reasonable notice and a data/export plan where feasible.
Purchases and cancellations
Apple processes in-app purchases and applicable refunds. Monthly subscriptions renew under the terms shown by Apple unless you cancel there. Lifetime is a non-consumable purchase. Buying lifetime does not automatically cancel a monthly subscription. Prices can vary by market; the purchase sheet is authoritative. Valid entitlements are preserved during temporary verification failures under the documented reconciliation policy. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Keys, deletion, and restoration
Encryption keys are separate from purchases. Restoring payment does not restore message keys, expired messages, or lost device data. Without a valid recovery package and code, the operator cannot decrypt your content. Switching an entitlement to a fresh Inbox is explicit and does not secretly reactivate an old Inbox. Removing the app or deleting an Inbox does not necessarily cancel an Apple subscription.
Service changes and disputes
Contact x@bagex.online to report a problem or dispute. We may suspend abusive use or compromised credentials to protect the service, and will provide an explanation where lawful and practical. We will give reasonable notice of material changes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
