1. Connect

Open the app and choose Scan to connect. Run ntfyx connect on the computer, then scan the fresh QR code. Name the Topic on your phone and confirm the source. Only scan a code on a device you intend to authorize.

2. Receive

Pairing sends a test message. Foreground Inbox sync works even if you decline notification permission. System push delivery is a separate check after APNs registration; an accepted message does not prove a push arrived.

3. Reply

Send a question and answer on the phone or an authorized browser. Deny is a complete answer; an optional explanation never changes it into Allow. The source verifies the signed answer before consuming it.

Open a browser

Visit the Web Inbox and scan its fresh code with your iPhone. It receives its own keys and authorization, not your phone’s management key. It can read only messages delivered after connection. Keep the page open for live updates.
